In her position, Ms. Fowler will manage the Company's public market communication among investors, analysts and the news media. She will convey the Company's financial results and activities to external audiences and cultivate and maintain relationships with existing and potential retail and institutional investors.

In addition, she will be responsible for coordinating and negotiating our financing requirements.
