Westergaard Online Systems, Inc. (WSYS) has begun trading under a new corporate title, Westergaard.com, Inc. (OTCBB:WSYS), following shareholder approval of the name change and completion of appropriate filings with NASDAQ and other agencies.

Publisher/CEO John Westergaard stated: "Westergaard.com has been our Internet URL (universal resource locator) since mid-1995 when a transition of publishing activities from fax broadcasting to the Internet was initiated. Adding `.com' to the corporate title is appropriate now that Internet publishing is the core business. The trading symbol WSYS remains unchanged."

Westergaard continued: "Following completion of a $2 million private placement in January, Westergaard Broadcasting Network.com (WBN) www.wbn.com has been engaged in forming the first Internet-based institutional research firm. Seven senior analysts from top line firms such as Smith Barney, J.P. Morgan, Argus Research, Elfun Trusts (GE), and Red Chip Review have accepted invitations to join WBN as Contributing Analysts. They will carry responsibility for managing research cyberstations in a proprietary format designed to define and protect public companies on the Internet."

Marketing of the service under direction of Executive VP Walker Wainwright began March 1st.
