Westergaard Online Systems, Inc. (WSYS) has begun trading under a new corporate title, Westergaard.com, Inc. (OTCBB OTCBB

They will carry responsibility for managing research cyberstations in a proprietary format designed to define and protect public companies on the Internet."

Marketing of the service under direction of Executive VP Walker Wainwright began March 1st. "Analysis of the market," according to Wainwright, "indicates there are literally thousands of micromidcap companies needing to be professionally defined to online investors and protected from anonymous posting of rumors and fraudulent information on Internet message boards."
