:TES.V), announced today that Corporate Marketing Inc. (CMI (Computer-Managed Instruction) Using computers to organize and manage an instructional program for students. It helps create test materials, tracks the results and monitors student progress. ) has agreed to an additional monthly commitment of up to 2,500,000 calls in a reseller program after a 90-day ramp up period.

CMI has further committed to increasing the monthly volume to 5,000,000 calls by the end of 2001 and to 10,000,000 calls by the end of 2002. This commitment is in addition to the 7.2 million annual calls that CMI currently has under contract since September 2000.
