Corporate Management Solutions, Inc. (CMS), the premier provider of equity compensation and corporate records management software solutions, today announced the opening of one of its four regional sales offices in Washington D.C. located at 1090 Vermont Avenue, NW, Suite 800, Washington D.C.

CMS has over 2,200 customers throughout the U.S. and over 100 employees located in their Shelton, Conn. headquarters and Los Altos, Calif. office. The new offices, also located in Boston, Chicago and Dallas, are aimed at strengthening CMS' interaction with its fast-growing customer base and expanding the market share of its industry-leading equity compensation and corporate records management software solutions.

Greg Brake has been appointed district sales manager to serve CMS' current and future customers in the Washington D.C. area. Brake has over ten years of successful experience in sales, support and sales management. Prior to joining CMS, Brake was with IKON Legal Document Services in Washington D.C. for eight years. After being with the company for two years, Brake was promoted to sales manager, responsible for recruiting, training and building a sales team of "top performers." Brake's most recent career accomplishments include being named number one sales manager in the company for three years in a row and producing some of the most profitable sales months at IKON Legal Document Services which resulted in a significant increase in revenue for the organization.

To maintain its high level of customer service and support, CMS will expand its software training classes in the Washington D.C. area by conducting a series of full-day Express Options for Windows(tm) product education for its users. These classes will continue to provide hands-on training for automating the record keeping, financial reporting and employee communication functions associated with stock option plan administration. In addition, a full-day Express Options for Windows Crystal Reports(R) session will also be offered.

Brake is 34 and resides in Silver Spring, Maryland with his wife and two children. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Frostburg State University.
