Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton LLP LLP - Lower Layer Protocol  announced today that John D. Tishler has joined the firm's Corporate Practice Group in San Diego San Diego (săn dēā`gō), city (1990 pop. 1,110,549), seat of San Diego co., S Calif., on San Diego Bay; inc. 1850. San Diego includes the unincorporated communities of La Jolla and Spring Valley. Coronado is across the bay. . Tishler's move to Sheppard Mullin comes in the same week that distinguished corporate lawyer John J. Hentrich joined the firm's Del Mar Del Mar is the name of several places in the United States of America:

Tishler has more than 12 years of legal experience representing public and private companies in complex business matters, both domestic and international. His practice encompasses business transactions, technology, corporate finance, securities compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and compensation.
