Corporate Development Strategies Inc. Business Update.

VANCOUVER, British Columbia -- The Board of Directors of Corporate Development Strategies, Inc. (Pink Sheets:CDSJ) provide the following business update in relation to the company's recent depreciation in stock price. In spite of the recent depressed share price, CDSJ's efforts to reach significant milestones continues uninterrupted.

The fundamentals of CDSJ business are solid. The company's subsidiary Millenium Silver Company (MSC) has filed paperwork to incorporate and register a wholly-owned subsidiary company in Mexico; the formation and registration of a Mexican business entity is necessary prior to completing the acquisition of mineral projects or investing capital.

Lastly, the company reports that the Management believed that at least 5,500,000 shares of its predecessor company, Memory Sciences Corp ("MEMC") were traded and management believed that those shares were not in the shareholders list of Memory Sciences Corp. which is now known as CDSJ. The management of CDSJ herewith announced that any shareholders currently holding shares in the name of Memory Sciences Corp. can no longer trade or exchanges its shares and has requested to returns all shares to the Company for cancellation.

Shareholders are advised that no current projects have been delayed due to the depressed shares price reasons. While the decline in share price affects the ability to raise equity funding, management of the company is confident in its belief that the share price will recover as the market recognizes the company's achievements as progress continue.
