The members of the Corporate Dealmaker Advisory Board are:

R.M. (Randy) Croyle, director, Mergers & Acquisitions Expertise Center, The Dow Chemical Co. Croyle oversees Dow's acquisitions, divestitures and its many joint ventures. A longtime executive at Midland, Mich.-based Dow, Croyle was previously global director for Dow's manufacturing and engineering organization. When Dow acquired Union Carbide Union Carbide Corporation (Union Carbide) is one of the oldest chemical and polymers companies in the United States, and currently has more than 3,800 employees.  in 1999, he was named director of the program management office that developed and implemented the plan for integrating the two companies, which evolved into the M&A Expertise Center.

Michael E.S. Frankel, senior vice president, corporate development and strategy, Information Resources Inc. Frankel has diverse dealmaking experience, having worked on deals as a lawyer for Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP LLP - Lower Layer Protocol  and then as an investment banker Investment Banker

David G. Monderer, M&A consultant. Monderer retired from Eastman Kodak Co. in 2006 as corporate vice president and managing director of corporate business development, capping a 32-year career there. He spent his last decade leading the global corporate development organization, playing a key role in the strategic repositioning of Kodak as it negotiated the shift to digital technologies -- and closing more than 190 transactions totaling more than $9 billion.

Corporate Dealmaker will be hosting its first full-day Corporate Dealmaker Forum that will attract more than 150 corporate development officers and strategists on October 2 in New York City.
