Corporate Business Intelligence Dashboard Use On The Rise In 2005; Noetix Market Survey Reveals That One out of Four Enterprise Companies Plans to Purchase a Dashboard Solution in 2005.

The market survey, conducted on behalf of Noetix Corp. by Riley Research Associates, also showed that approximately one-third of companies now use dashboards to conduct and monitor business analysis. These companies report to benefit the most from features such as 'up-to-date or instant information' and 'one screen information' they receive from their dashboard solutions. 'Problem identification,' 'financials tracking' and 'increased productivity' were also cited as among the most beneficial dashboard features.

The companies who intend to purchase a dashboard solution in 2005 cited 'customizable reports', 'performance information' and financial information' as the top three features or types of data they would like to be able to access via a dashboard. When asked the job titles of those who might benefit most from a dashboard solution, CEOs and CFOs were cited significantly more than any other.
