Corporate Benefit Services and Risk Consultants Change Name to Benefit Consulting Alliance.

BRENTWOOD, Tenn. -- Approximately one year ago, Risk Consultants, Inc., and Corporate Benefit Services, LLC, two premier independent employee benefit consulting firms located in the Nashville, Tennessee, area merged. The companies announced today that they have changed their name to Benefit Consulting Alliance, LLC (BCA), effective immediately.

"We have changed our names as a branding effort to be recognized for what we are -- the employee benefits brokerage, consulting and outsourcing leader in the Middle Tennessee market," said Wayne Emery, president of Benefit Consulting Alliance.

Focusing exclusively on employee benefit consulting and brokerage services for employer groups of all sizes, the company will continue to conduct business at the same location, 750 Old Hickory Blvd., Brentwood, Tennessee. The company employs approximately 20 people and serves clients in more than 40 states.

Officers of Benefit Consulting Alliance include: Wayne E. Emery, President; B. David Fessenden, Chairman of the Board; John Maple and Kim Phelps, Executive Vice Presidents; and Chris Fessenden and Mark Fessenden, Vice Presidents.

Importantly, Benefit Consulting Alliance is a member of United Benefit Advisors (UBA), an alliance of the nation's premier independent advisory firms.
