 BB:CNGI CNGI China Next Generation Internet ) announced today the promotion of Robert F. Benoit to Chief Executive Officer.

Mr. Benoit was also appointed to the Board of Directors. Bob Benoit joined the company in February 1999 as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Mr. San Antonio and Mr. Glime both stated they have tremendous optimism for the Company's future and complete confidence in Mr. Benoit and the current management team.
