eMedRx Received Notification From the Government of British Columbia that it Qualifies as an Eligible Small Business ("ESB") Under the Small Business Venture Capital Act

(OTCBB:SBTI), a technology and acquisition company focused on the rapidly developing field of biometrics, today announced that Cornerstone Technologies (VCC) Ltd. a Venture Capital Corporation has identified eMedRx Inc. as an investment target and has signed a commitment letter to provide up to CN$3,000,000 (US$1,860,000) in initial funding to the company.

"eMedRx Ltd." is developing and plans to market its electronic medical prescription to HMO's, Physicians, and Pharmacies in Canada and US.

EMedRx(TM) is an online prescription management software solution which will deliver a biometrically authenticated electronic medical prescription system for PC - PDA (Personal Digital Assistant) integration. The eMedRx(TM) product is designed to increase accuracy and efficiency in the prescription fulfillment process. One of the healthcare industry's weakest links in protecting a patient's health and security involves problems with handwritten prescriptions.

By investing in Cornerstone, (www.cornerstonevcc.com) an investor will receive a 30% tax credit from the Government of British Columbia. The investment tax credit will applied to your income taxes payable, and if the credit is more than taxes payable you will receive a cheque for the remaining credit.
