(AMEX AMEX See: American Stock Exchange :CBN CBN - call-by-name )(the 'Bancorp') declared, at its regularly scheduled meeting, a quarterly cash dividend of $0.06 per share, payable on October 15, 1999, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on September 30, 1999. This dividend follows a regular dividend of $0.06 per share paid on January 15, April 15 and July 15, 1999 and a special dividend of $0.18 per share paid on February 19, 1999.
