Features/Benefits

Like its predecessor, the Color 50/101sf, which won PC World's Best Buy in November 1997 and again in April 1998, the p1500 adheres to the same image quality standards, but in a new smaller form factor. The p1500 is the first monitor in the world to feature a new Short Cabinet design, right angle cables, and beveled rear corners to drastically minimize the footprint of a 21-inch monitor. These space saving features reduce the footprint by approximately four inches, allowing the p1500 to fit tightly onto small desktops.

The p1500 uses a direct faceplate high contrast coating for optimized share images and rich, vibrant colors. In addition, the p1500 feature SuperFocus for razor sharp edge-to-edge focus. This multi-sync monitor offers a horizontal scan frequency The number of lines illuminated on a video screen in one second. Same as "horizontal sync frequency" in TV.  range of 31 to 107 kHz, providing users 1600 x 1200 resolution at 85 Hz for optimum performance or 1600 x 1280 resolution at 80 Hz as the maximum. This new warranty program makes Cornerstone the only monitor vendor to offer both a five-year warranty and a first year, next day on-site replacement service. (Note: Next day, on-site replacement is available only in the continental U.S.)

ImageCare enhanced coverage is also available. ImageCare is a flexible service and support program that includes overnight replacement of failed units and covers the cost of shipping.
