Corillian Appoints Tyree B. Miller to Board of Directors; Former Bank One executive and banking veteran joins board.

Mr. Miller, 51, brings 28 years of banking and operations experience to Corillian's board of directors. From 2000 to mid-2004, Mr. Miller served as the president and CEO of the Global Treasury Services (GTS) business of Bank One Corporation. GTS provides a comprehensive range of treasury management products and services to businesses across the globe, including payments and transaction processing, trade transactions and working capital optimization. Prior to his role within GTS, Miller was chairman and CEO of Bank One Texas, NA. Miller served as a director of PaymenTech LLC, a leading merchant processing and electronic payments company, and Visa USA. He was an alternate director and on the executive committee of The New York Clearing House. Miller currently serves as a director of Paymetric, Inc., a payments software company. Miller earned his BBA degree and his MBA degree from Southern Methodist University.
