BB: CONX) has executed an extension to the technology license agreement with Rebio Gen, Inc., a subsidiary of Fujirebio, Inc., Tokyo, Japan. The license was originally granted to Corgenix by Chugai Diagnostics Science Co., Ltd. (CDS), a subsidiary of Chugai Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (Chugai) of Tokyo, Japan. CDS was acquired from Chugai by Fujirebio in 2002.
