Corey Barton Homes Ranked Top Privately-Held Homebuilder in Northwest by Builder Magazine; Company Moves up 10 Positions to #57 in the Nation in Magazine's List of the Top 100 Homebuilders.


MERIDIAN, Idaho Meridian is the second-largest city in Ada County, Idaho, United States and the third-largest in the state. The Builder 100 is an annual report that ranks builders by the number of homes sold. At the #57 spot -- a 10-place jump from 2005 -- Corey Barton Homes is the only Idaho builder to make the top 100. Hubble Homes, also based in Meridian Meridian (mərĭd`ēən), city (1990 pop. 41,036), seat of Lauderdale co., E Miss., near the Ala. line; settled 1831, inc. 1860. , is ranked as the #109 homebuilder in the nation by Builder Magazine.

Last year, Corey Barton Homes sold a total of 1,848 homes, closing on 1,645 of them. That's a 31% increase over the previous year and more than double its nearest competitor. All of the homes were built in the Treasure Valley Treasure Valley is a region in southwestern Idaho which includes the five-county Boise Metropolitan Area (Ada, Boise, Canyon, Gem and Owyhee), as well as Payette County and Washington County in Idaho and portions of Malheur County in eastern Oregon. .
