CardScan helps me keep my contact list up to date, especially after major conferences and events where entering details from business cards by hand takes more time than I have. Before CardScan, I never finished the job. Now, I process business cards in batches each week, and what used to take hours now takes just a few minutes. CardScan is one of my essential business tools."

Technological breakthrough

Corex underwent intense technological research to deliver accurate scanning of international business cards. The software automatically recognizes the country of origin of the contact information, without the user having to indicate the language of the card before scanning. CardScan is the only product of its kind able to perform accurate parsing See parse.

The software had to be taught characters, common naming and addressing conventions and placement of information on a card specific to each individual country, thereby enabling CardScan customers to enjoy the same fast, simple scanning they experience with U.S.-based business cards, on international cards.

"We are pleased to deliver to our international customers the same quality experience that our U.S. and Canadian customers have enjoyed for many years," said Jonathan Stern, president and CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization.
