"CreativeAnywhere! represents an important milestone in Corel's evolution as a web-based company" said Ross Cammalleri, executive vice president of marketing for Corel Corporation. "It is an important step in our overall corporate strategy to harness the internet in new, profitable ventures for Corel".

CreativeAnywhere! features a design component, where users can enhance digital images; a printing component, where users can customize and order clothing, mugs, mouse pads and other promotional items incorporating their designs; a digital content component, where users can add clipart to their designs; and a storage component, which allows users to store and share their designs. Corel plans to incorporate additional creativity services into CreativeAnywhere! in the near future, such as digital photograph fulfillment.

CreativeAnywhere! provides an integrated solution that will allow users of these sites to express their creativity and produce personalized goods" said Annette McCleave, vice president of new ventures for Corel Corporation.

Corel's first deployment of this co-branded service, CreativeAnywhere!, is accessible through CorelCity.com, Corel's portal site Noun 1. portal site - a site that the owner positions as an entrance to other sites on the internet; "a portal typically has search engines and free email and chat rooms etc.  and online destination for information, tools, services and commerce.
