The settlement has no material impact on either company. The suit, filed in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas The United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas (N.D. The court convenes in Dallas, Texas. , stated that Corel had infringed Micrografx's copyright in the design of Corel's greeting card software.
