Corel Corp. embraces total customer satisfaction through partnership with Onyx Software; Corel to improve sales, service, support, marketing and quality assurance efforts with ONYX's enterprise, client/server customer management software.


BELLEVUE, Wash.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 12, 1995--ONYX Software Corp. announced today that Corel Corp. has purchased ONYX onyx (ŏn`ĭks), variety of cryptocrystalline quartz, differing from agate only in that the bands of which it is composed are parallel and regular.  Customer Center for all of their enterprise customer management needs.

Corel's Customer Service and Order Processing groups were fully implemented as of Aug. 31. Sales, Marketing and Quality Assurance departments will be added to the same enterprise solution over the next 90 days.

ONYX Customer Center is the only client/server solution available that manages all enterprise customer interactions from a single application. ONYX Customer Center combines functions for contact management, sales opportunity management, customer service, product support, quality assurance, marketing campaign management, literature processing, product tracking, surveying, order entry and more.
