Corechange Names Charles Kane as President; Company Founder Ulf Arnetz Named Chairman of the Board of Directors.

BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 29, 2001

Corechange, Inc., a global provider of e-access framework software, today announced that its Board of Directors has named Charles F. Kane as president of the company. Mr. Kane joined Corechange in May 2000 as chief operating officer Chief Operating Officer (COO)

From 1989 to November 1995, Mr. Kane served in several financial and accounting positions with Stratus Computer, including International Controller and Finance Director for mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Kane is a Certified Public Accountant Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
