FREMONT, Calif. -- Ikanos' Programmable Chipsets Enable Corecess to Meet Worldwide Demand for Fiber-Fast Services Over Copper

Ikanos Communications announced today that Corecess Inc., a leader in worldwide access equipment based in South Korea, is using Ikanos' programmable platform in its family of Internet Protocol digital subscriber line access multiplexers (IP-DSLAMs) to meet carrier demand for a 100 Mbps solution. Ikanos is a leading developer and provider of highly programmable solutions that enable equipment vendors, such as Corecess, to offer carriers fiber-fast broadband connections over ordinary telephone copper lines.
