Repair Calls

ClickSoftware Technologies Ltd. (Nasdaq: CKSW), a leading provider of software products for optimizing service operations, today announced that CoreComm, a provider of integrated telephone, Internet, and data services to business and residential customers in targeted markets throughout the United States, has purchased its ClickSchedule optimized scheduling software. CoreComm will use ClickSchedule, integrated with its internally developed Customer Relationship Management system, to optimally schedule their field technicians for installation, maintenance, and repair.

Initially, ClickSchedule will be implemented in a call center environment where it will increase the utilization of the CoreComm service workforce by intelligently scheduling the right technician at the right time and by minimizing travel time from customer to customer. The project will make use of ClickSoftware's proprietary Fast Track implementation methodology, which is designed to get clients up and running with ClickSchedule in as little as 20 business days. In the next phase of the project, Web-oriented CoreComm customers will be able to log onto the company Web site and self-schedule their service requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Customers who prefer to schedule service requests over the phone can continue to do so.

According to Kim Liston, vice president of Information Systems for CoreComm, "ClickSchedule will enable us not only to schedule our field force using fewer dispatchers but also to get more service calls out of every technician. And our customers will be able to order and schedule service over the Web in the very near future."

"We are pleased that a dynamic telecommunications company like CoreComm has selected our ClickSchedule intelligent scheduling solution. ClickSchedule and our other ClickSoftware solutions help ensure that the right technician will show up with the right parts at the right time the first time," said Moshe BenBassat, ClickSoftware CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. "What's more, CoreComm will soon be able to offer its customers even greater ease and convenience by letting them self-schedule their calls over the Web," added BenBassat.
