:CBIO CBIO Counterbattery Intelligence Officer ), an alternative fuel producer, announced today that it has signed a consulting agreement with Core Ventures, LLC (Logical Link Control) See "LANs" under data link protocol.

Under the agreement, Core Ventures will supply experienced management to oversee the location, construction and operation of the Company's first biodiesel production Biodiesel production is the process of synthesizing biodiesel. Biodiesel is a liquid fuel source largely compatible with petroleum based diesel fuel. The most common method for its manufacture is synthesis by reacting a glyceride-containing plant oil with a short chain alcohol such  facility. The National Biodiesel Board The National Biodiesel Board, headquartered in Jefferson City, Missouri, was created in 1992 by America's soybean interests with the express purpose of getting biodiesel accepted into America's fuel mix.  (www.biodiesel.org) in a news release titled Biodiesel Production Soars stated that it "anticipates 75 million gallons of biodiesel production in 2005. That's three times the 25 million gallons produced just one year earlier."
