Corcoran names new president and COO for marketing division.


The Corcoran Group this week announced that the Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group has appointed a new executive team to spearhead the recently integrated organizations.

Kelly Kennedy Mack, executive vice president for The Sunshine Group, has been named president of Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group. Tricia Hayes Cole, senior executive vice president of Corcoran Group Marketing, has been appointed its chief operating officer Chief Operating Officer (COO)

In her new role, Mack will oversee and direct the activities of more than 150 employees in offices stretching from Manhattan to Los Angeles Los Angeles (lôs ăn`jələs, lŏs, ăn`jəlēz'), city (1990 pop. 3,485,398), seat of Los Angeles co., S Calif.; inc. 1850. . In addition, Mack will work closely with leading developers and investors to enhance all phases of the planning and marketing of new residential building and conversions.

Cole's duties will focus her considerable talents on the day-to-day operations of the organization and on the integration of Corcoran Group Marketing and The Sunshine Group, which are part of the Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group. In addition, she will continue to service clients and work closely with them throughout the development process.

Mack has been with The Sunshine Group since 2002 when she joined the company as vice president of new business development. Quickly recognized by the company's founder and industry icon, Louise Sunshine, for her many contributions to the organization, Mack was named executive vice president in 2004.

She played a significant role in the company's expansion in Connecticut and into Las Vegas Las Vegas (läs vā`gəs), city (1990 pop. 258,295), seat of Clark co., S Nev.; inc. 1911. It is the largest city in Nevada and the center of one of the fastest-growing urban areas in the United States. . Cole took the helm of Corcoran Group Marketing in 2002 and, since then, sales for the organization have increased tenfold.
