The response has been encouraging: Nixon and Roberts are getting six times the response rate of other typical mailings. "Henry has sparked a lot of interest for us," said Nixon. "Not only are we increasing our business, but Henry is getting lots of attention from people who recognize him from the envelope. He loves it." |
