Corcoran Commercial Investment Group closes $7M Flatiron transaction.

 Group's Commercial Investment Department, announced her department has closed a $7 million all-cash sale of an approximately 50,000 square-foot loft building in the Flatiron District, off Fifth Avenue at 13-15 West 28th Street. The 10-story building is divided into sixteen loft offices and is topped off with two penthouses that total 4,000 square feet.

There is substantial room to improve the building's revenue stream, as the majority of its square footage is either vacant or occupied by tenants near the end of their lease term. The owner is also considering creating a four-floor addition to the structure at a future date.

The seller is Brighton 28 Realty realty n. a short form of "real estate." (See: real estate)
