Corbis Gallery Now Available on Web; Explore the Kimbell Art Museum Online Exhibition.


BELLEVUE, Wash.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 12, 1995--Corbis Corporation today announced the opening of the Corbis Gallery on its World Wide Web site (http://www.corbis.com). The inaugural exhibition features the Kimbell Art Museum's "The Art of Collecting: Thirty Years in Retrospect." This selection from the Kimbell's permanent collection, recently on display at the museum in Fort Worth, Texas Fort Worth is the fifth-largest city in the state of Texas, 18th-largest city in the United States[1], and voted one of "America’s Most Livable Communities. , is now freely accessible on the Corbis Web site to Web users around the world.
