Corbel Holdings Extends Deadline for Issuing Stock for PCBM Dividend; Unexpected Volume of Demand Requires Extension.

CLEARWATER, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 10, 2001

 Holdings Inc. (Corbel), has announced today that the deadline for issuing the dividend stock in Corbel to shareholders of Pinnacle Business Management (Pink Sheets: PCBM PCBM Phenyl C61 Butyric Acid Methyl Ester
PCBM Passive Common Berthing Mechanism (NASA/ISS)
PCBM Physics Chemistry Biology Mathematics (college courses) 
) has been delayed to July 31, 2001.

When the transfer is complete, the dividend will consist of one share of Corbel stock issued for every 100 shares of PCBM.

To date, Mandalay Stock Transfer (Mandalay), Corbel's transfer agent, has received requests for more than 6.5 million shares. At the time the dividend was announced, Corbel and Mandalay had expected requests for approximately 4.57 million shares. As such, Mandalay has requested additional time to process the unexpected requests.
