) today announced that it has been notified by the New York Stock Exchange New York Stock Exchange (NYSE)

World's largest marketplace for securities. The exchange began as an informal meeting of 24 men in 1792 on what is now Wall Street in New York City.

The Company has corresponded with the NYSE regarding the potential for continued listing. However, there can be no assurance that the exchange will grant continued forbearance or that the Company will remedy the deficiencies within the time required by the NYSE if forbearance is granted.

The company has been reviewing options, including moving to the National Association of Securities Dealers' Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board, to avoid disruption in the trading of its stock in the event of delisting.
