CorVu Corporation (NASDAQ OTCBB: CRVU), a leading provider of Enterprise e-Business Performance Management, Business Intelligence and Balanced Scorecard solutions, announced today Scorecard Express, a revolutionary Balanced Scorecard solution. This new application and service offering will make automated Balanced Scorecard applications available to companies of all sizes at an affordable price and in a timely manner.

What Is It?

Scorecard Express is a combination of CorVu's market leading Balanced Scorecard software and consulting services that will allow virtually any company to deploy an automated Balanced Scorecard application in about two weeks. The application is targeted at small to medium sized companies or individual departments or business units within a large multi-national organization.

How Does The Program Work?

Prospective customers will fill out a "scorecard survey" form and fax it to CorVu where a Balanced Scorecard consultant will create a custom scorecard application. The custom solution is comprised of several scorecards including a view of performance by each of the Balanced Scorecard's four perspectives and a cause-and-effect "strategy map." These scorecards will be cascaded--or linked--to tactical scorecards containing detailed analysis of each performance metric. CorVu will return to the client a CD containing the custom scorecard application within approximately 10 working days.

      --  Alignment Reports--designed to highlight the alignment, or
        lack thereof, between activities and strategy.

Pricing and Availability

Scorecard Express is expected to begin shipping in the 3rd quarter of 2000. A 10-user license will sell for about $35,000 and will include software, annual maintenance, training and consulting services.
