CorVu Corporation, a leading provider of Balanced Scorecard, Business Performance Management and Business Intelligence Solutions announced today an agreement with Systems Plus, Inc., a leading systems integrator for government agencies. Through this agreement, Systems Plus, Inc. will offer the CorVu Integrated Business Intelligence Suite on the General Services Administration (GSA) schedule, allowing government agencies to purchase CorVu's products and services.

With the CorVu solution, federal, state and local institutions have the ability to effectively measure and analyze government performance in an effort to reduce costs and improve quality of services. In addition, the CorVu solution enables government agencies to meet federal mandates set by the Government Performance and Results Act (GPRA), requiring that government agencies attain performance objectives and guidelines.

The Act requires federal agencies to meet specific guidelines for developing strategic plans, performance measures and annual performance plans on a regular basis. The GPRA requires government agencies to set defined goals, measure performance against these goals and report on their accomplishments. In essence, federal agencies are refocusing their energies away from traditional concerns such as staffing and activity levels, more towards the single overriding issue of results.
