CorSolutions Medical, Inc., the nation's leading provider of proactive chronic care management solutions, announced the appointment and arrival of Thomas J. Hannon, to the position of chief financial officer and senior vice president.

Mr. Hannon joins CorSolutions immediately with educational and professional credentials that are an ideal complement. He comes to CorSolutions from Everest Healthcare Services Corporation, a $250 million provider of dialysis and blood treatment services with 80 locations in 13 states, where he held the position of controller. There, he directed financial operations for the dialysis services division which generated 90 percent of the company's revenue. The time at Everest provided Mr. Hannon with strong entrepreneurial experience in a field similar to CorSolutions. Mr. Hannon's accomplishments with Everest were significant. He helped prepare the company for an initial public equity offering which was superseded by the company's successful sale to Fresenius Medical Care Fresenius Medical Care is a German company specializing in the production of medical supplies, primarily to facilitate or aid renal dialysis. He had exposure to an array of technical and strategic areas including experience in financial reporting for public companies. Additionally, he had significant management responsibilities.
