) was withdrawn based on discussions with European regulatory authorities and Schering-Plough Corporation, COR's worldwide partner for the INTEGRILIN(TM) product. Additional INTEGRILIN(TM) clinical results are expected to be available later this year from PURSUIT, a 10,900 patient Phase III trial of INTEGRILIN(TM) for use in unstable angina and non-Q wave myocardial infarction. These results could form the basis for an application for marketing approval of INTEGRILIN(TM). The PTCA application was submitted last year by Schering-Plough to the European Agency for the Evaluation of Medicinal Products, the central regulatory agency for several European countries, and was based on the results of the IMPACT II study announced in 1995.
