FAIRFIELD, N.J. -- Copynet Office Systems of Plano, Texas is the first Copystar dealer to be recognized for customer service excellence under the J.D. Power and Associates Certified Dealer Program(SM).

The certification program recognizes office equipment dealers for outstanding customer satisfaction, based on industry-wide benchmarks established by the J.D. Power and Associates 2004 Copier Customer Satisfaction Study(SM). Certification is based on customer satisfaction with an office equipment dealer's product knowledge, expertise in machine operation, ability to advise customers about their specific needs, and timely delivery of the equipment. Additional areas covered by the program are the ability to schedule service appointments in a timely manner, concern for customer needs and clear explanations of the services performed.

The program surveys its dealer customers and certifies those dealers that meet or exceed national benchmarks for sales and service customer satisfaction.
