Will the DA ever move on filing charges for the allegedly advertised free beer in the vicinity of the Kona all-night New Year's cook off and camp out? The evidence apparently is long gone, if the hypothetical brew ever existed at all.

ET rolled through the Vienna Kunsthalle to participate in the survey Masterpieces of American Photography. After being honored along with such American masters American Masters is a PBS television show which produces biographies on what it considers are the best artists, actors and writers of the United States.
