CopperEye Announces Strategic Investment and Technology Advancement Agreement with In-Q-Tel.

Agreement Adds CopperEye to Prestigious Portfolio of Leading-Edge Technology Companies Working with Strategic Fund that focuses on U.S. Intelligence Community
