It should come as no surprise that Jeb Bradley Joseph E. "Jeb" Bradley (born October 20, 1952) was a Republican member of the United States House of Representatives for the New Hampshire's At-large congressional district from 2003 to 2007. , the former congressman who lost his seat in November to Carol Shea-Porter, put the rest of the party on notice that he would be running in '08 to try to recapture his seat.
