Copenhagen Malmo Port Taps Tideworks Technology; One of the Largest, Most Versatile Ports in the Nordic Region, Looks to Tideworks for Terminal Management System.

SEATTLE & ROTTERDAM, Netherlands -- Tideworks Technology(R) Inc., the leading provider of full-service terminal management and planning software solutions, today announced an agreement with Copenhagen Malmo Port (CMP) to provide terminal operations systems solutions and professional services aimed at managing the activities of CMP.

As part of the agreement, CMP will deploy Tideworks WiseTerm, a solution for managing multi-purpose cargo and container terminals, WiseCare for warehousing and inventory control, and WiseTalk, an advanced tool for communicating with customers and third parties. The Tideworks Wise Product Suite is a comprehensive system that operates on a variety of platforms including Windows, and can be deployed over the Web. The suite provides user-friendly solutions for all aspects of cargo and terminal management, including resource management, vessel services and advanced billing functionality. Project implementation is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2005 and will be managed by Tideworks' European office located in Rotterdam, Netherlands.

CMP, one of the largest and most versatile port and terminal operators in the Nordic region, handled 15 million net tons of cargo in 2003 and maintains a current customer base of approximately 50 shipping companies and distributors. CMP processes a wide variety of cargo types, including dry and liquid bulk, RoRo, automobiles and containers. CMP also handles approximately 270 cruise ships per year and 1.7 million passengers. CMP operates from terminals in Copenhagen, Denmark and Malmo, Sweden.
