A MARKET in stolen police uniforms and equipment was smashed yesterday.

Police found more than 100 uniforms, batons, body armour Noun 1. body armour - armor that protects the wearer's whole body

, handcuffs and CS spray holders in a flat in Salford, Gtr Manchester.

They said the uniforms were being sold on the streets for hundreds of pounds.
