During the workshop, these Latino leaders will complete a certified leadership self-evaluation assessment and participate in roundtable discussions of personal challenges, insights on power, responsibility and accountability. Avila said that the Symposium will provide participants with an opportunity to interact with prominent business leaders and sponsors of their training, as well as acknowledge their participation and completion of the program. He said they also will identify actions or ideas to put their leadership into motion in their workplace, business or in the community. "Mainly, we hope to provide the inspiration and the incentive to continue growing in their roles as leaders in the community and to make a difference," Avila said.
