Northwest, L.L.C., a full-service commercial and residential real estate development company, named Darwin Cooprider as project manager. Cooprider brings 16 years of commercial, industrial and residential construction experience to Opus. He will be responsible for all design-build management of associate project managers, superintendents and all project-related architects, engineers, consultants and subcontractors. He will also administer the day-to-day coordination of the design and construction process and maintain overall responsibility for scope, budget, quality and schedule.
