Coopers & Lybrand L.L.P. selects Harris Computer Systems for strategic alliance.

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 21, 1996--Harris Computer Systems Corp. (NASDAQ:NHWK) and Coopers & Lybrand L.L.P. Wednesday announced the formation of a strategic alliance to provide computer security consulting, training and installation services to companies nationwide.

Under the Agreement, Harris Computer Systems Corp. will identify customers' computer security requirements and, where appropriate, recommend Coopers & Lybrand's computer security consulting services.

Coopers & Lybrand L.L.P.'s Computer Assurance Services (CAS) organization has numerous years of experience with trained professionals in providing strategic consulting services and technology recommendations to meet client's requirements. This alliance further expands Harris Computer Systems' consulting, training and installation services with Coopers & Lybrand's vast information consulting organization.
