Cooperation between Tongfeng Electronic and SKC.

Anhui Tongfeng Electronic Co Ltd and SKC of the South Korea have recently signed a cooperation agreement in Tongling, Anhui Province. The establishment of Tong'ai Electronic Materials Co Ltd has entered the stage of substantial implementation.

SKC of the South Korea is a subsidiary of SK Group, the third biggest group in the South Korea and one of the top 500 enterprises in the world. The company is the biggest polyester film supplier in the South Korea and the third biggest polyester film supplier in the world. Anhui Tongfeng Electronic Co Ltd is a listed company. The comprehensive capacity of capacitor PP film, metallic film and AC capacitor in the company holds the leading position in the electronic material sector in China and the capacity of capacitor PP film holds the first place in the world.

Tong'ai Electronic Materials Co Ltd jointly funded by the two sides has a registered capital of US$12.0 million. Tongfeng Electronic will subscribe US$9.0 million and hold 75% equity. SKC will subscribe US$3.0 million and hold 25% equity. The joint venture company will construct China's first capacitor polyester film production line in Tongling Economic and Technological Development Zone.
