Other major improvements planned for the buildings at Village View include the renovation of lobbies, installation of new windows and terrace doors, and repairs to existing balconies. Light fixtures will also be updated to be more energy efficient. Cooper Square Realty is working in conjunction with NYSERDA NYSERDA New York State Energy Research and Development Authority and The Department of Housing Preservation and Development to coordinate all capital improvements at Village View. Renovations are expected to be completed by the end of 2005.
