Cooper Square Realty, Inc.Cooper Square Realty, Inc. has been named managing agent for two large Upper West Side condominium apartment buildings, according to David Kuperberg, the firm's president. They are The Olmstead at 382 Central Park Central Park, 840 acres (340 hectares), the largest park in Manhattan, New York City; bordered by 59th St. on the south, Fifth Ave. on the east, 110th St. on the north, and Central Park West on the west. The land was acquired by the city in 1856; in the process several small communities were razed, one of the largest being Seneca Village, a settlement of some 250 working-class blacks. The park was built according to the plans of U.S. West and 400 Central Park West. Both are located in, and are part of, the Park West Village complex. Kuperberg noted that each of the residences border Central Park and are 20-story, post-war condominiums. They each contain 414 apartments. The Olmstead is located at West 97th St. and Central Park West. It has a concierge and houses a health club and other amenities. The second building that Cooper Square will manage in the complex is located is 400 Central Park West at West 100th Street. Among its amenities are a concierge and a health club facility. |
