Cooper Industries Appoints Hachigian as Chairman.HOUSTON -- Cooper Industries, Ltd. Hachigian joined the Company in 2001 as executive vice president of Operations for the five Electrical Products business units that comprise the Company's unique Cooper Connection platform.
