The Cooper Gay Group, London-based and one of the world's largest independent reinsurance brokers, along with Michael W. Cashman, have formed Cooper Gay & Cashman. This joint venture operation is headquartered here and Mr. Cashman will serve as its chairman and chief executive officer.
