Cooper Companies sets annual meeting and stockholder record dates.


IRVINE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 10, 1997--The Cooper Companies Inc. (NYSE/PSE:COO) Friday announced that its next annual meeting of stockholders will be held on Tuesday, March 25, 1997, at 10 a.m. at the Marriott East Side Hotel in New York City New York City: see New York, city.

Stockholders of record as of the close of business on Feb. 14, 1997, will be eligible to vote on matters presented in the company's proxy statement Proxy Statement
