Cooper Bauck Corp. files patent infringement suit against Philips NV.


TEMPE, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 17, 1996--Cooper Bauck Corp. The suit alleges that by making, selling, offering for sale and/or using audio devices referred to as the ISP (1) See in-system programmable.
